About us
Dongguan WCON Hardware Electronics Co. Ltd is one of the subsidiaries of WCON Group.
WCON Group established in May of 1999, specializes in operating businesses of precise board-to-board, wire-to-board connectors, solar photoelectric connectors, industrial terminal blocks and cable assemblies for computers and other peripheral devices. They are widely used in various types of consumer electronic appliances and telecommunications industry.
After 14 years of rapid development, we now own two factories: Dongguan WCON Hardware Electronics Co., Ltd. and Kunshan Wcon Electronics Co., Ltd. Since its foundation, our company has been sticking to the principle of specialization and has been trying its best to supply clients with items of high quality at competitive prices. We handle the development and design of metal and plastic molds, precision high-speed punch molding, precise plastic injection molding and automatic assembly operations, with the support of a skilled R&D and management team.
Our production capabilities
Our factory, covering 13,000sqm, has about 650 employees and is furnished with 30 precision molding equipment, 25 sets of 35 to 120T precision plastic injection machines from Taiwan and Japan, 14 precision high-speed punch machines from Japan and Taiwan, more than 450 types of plastic molds, over 200 hardware terminal molds, 30 laboratory testing equipment and over 130 machines for automatic assembly that can provide customers with over 10 series and 20,000 different specifications of connectors parts.
For your assurance, we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications. Moreover, our 10 series products got UL, cUL, TuV, RoHS and REACH approvals.
